Review

Millions of artists are active all over the world. Among them painters, draughtsmen, sculptors, ceramists, textile artists, photographers and glass artists. Artists who meet strict requirements can distinguish themselves through certification within this large group of artists, amateur artists and hobbyists. Certification takes place after it has been established through reviewing that the artist and his or her work meet multiple, largely objective quality requirements. Currently, artists can be generically certified as International Certified Artist (ICA) or Certified Artist (CA) and specifically certified as Certified Tutor of Art (CTA).
